A spectacular opening night of musical theatre
Kick off the festival in style with a glamorous evening concert celebrating the magic of the West End, led by acclaimed musical director Matthew J Loughran (Elf, Evita, Wicked, Les Misérables).
This special opening celebration brings together outstanding talent, including Laura Pick (Elphaba, Wicked), proudly from Wakefield, Halifax’s own Olivier Award-nominated Emma Williams, West End favourite Ben Forster, and stage star Joel Montague.
Expect a dazzling setlist of iconic songs from Wicked, Les Misérables and many more beloved musicals, performed live in a stunning setting.
A night of glamour, emotion and unforgettable moments — the perfect way to open the festival.
